What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with data entry for AP
- File disputes and upload debit memos for AR
- Review eShop disputes and summarize reasons
- Test accuracy of e-Billing system for invoice records
- Compile and analyze data, track information, and perform office operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school graduate or higher
- Strong PC and business software skills
- Ability to work individually or in a team environment
- Follow SOP under supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table), Word, and Outlook
- Experience in a rapidly changing, fast-paced corporate environment
