What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with data entry for accounts payable
- File disputes and upload debit memos for accounts receivable
- Review eShop disputes and summarize reasons for disputes
- Test accuracy of e-Billing system for maintaining invoice records
- Compile and analyze data, track information, and perform office operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school graduate or higher education
- Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in accounting or finance roles
- Familiarity with Vlookup and Pivot table functions in Excel
