What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Setting up and maintaining new customers and vendors in the AS400 system
- Analyzing and processing expense reports, credit card statements, and invoices
- Reconciling vendor accounts and providing support for audits
- Assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Upholding company policies and ensuring high levels of customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred
- 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of accounting principles and AP/AR processes a plus
- Analytical skills, detail-oriented, and ability to resolve issues promptly
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AS400 system
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to establish priorities and work independently or as part of a team
