- Various reconciliation duties
- Creating various reports to analyze sales, customers, vendors, pricing, and taxes.
- Working with leadership team on special projects
- Responsible for ensuring completeness of vendor payables.
- Sustained fast and accurate data entry.
- Strong ability to learn and apply learning.
- Ability to work well with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work stated shift.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintaining relationship with partners and vendors.
- High School Diploma
- Strongly prefer a four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or other business-oriented field.
- 1 year accounting or Fuel industry experience required.
- Demonstrated computer skills, especially importing to and exporting from Excel.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time-management and organizations skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical skill to sort through high volume of data and information
- Attention to Detail Assessment
