What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process invoices for payment and manage accounts payable disbursement checks for assigned properties
- Maintain accounts payable files and records, ensuring accurate filing for properties assigned
- Respond to inquiries from vendors, auditors, and employees regarding invoices and expenses
- Produce and distribute monthly Accounts Payable reports and manage month-end closings for accounts payable and receivable
- Research, track, and resolve any accounts payable issues and discrepancies for assigned properties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Typing/keyboard experience
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Yardi Voyager accounting software
- Team player with a strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a motivation for goal completion
- Demonstrated loyalty and support for organizational missions
