Join Associa as an Accounting Clerk and contribute to the efficient operations of our growing portfolio. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential administrative support to our property management team.

      Part Time Monday – Friday (20 hours per week)

      The Accounting Clerk must have a basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and experience with accounting software.

      Duties include but are not limited to:

      • Process accounts payables
      • Preparation of monthly statements
      • Bank Reconciliation
      • Respond to email and walk/drop ins
      • Additional duties as needed

      Requirements

      • Knowledge of full-cycle accounting and a minimum of 2 years experience with processing financial statements for multiple
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
      • Knowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.).
      • Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.
      • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
      • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
      • Professional customer service skills.
      • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
      • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
