- Assist management with daily and month end general accounting duties, month end closing responsibilities and balance sheet reconciliations
- Ability to assimilate complex information, data, etc., from disparate sources and consider, adjust or modify to meet the constraints of the particular need
- Understand and interpret financial information, hotel operations data, and basic arithmetic functions
- Effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems
- Aspire to our values of being passionate, strive for excellence, remain relevant, collaborate and act with honor and integrity.
- High school diploma required, prefer college degree.
- Some accounting or office experience desired
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is required
- Experience with Oracle is preferred
- Previous hotel experience, luxury or Forbes experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
- Physical demands: sedentary work – exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
