      Description

      Are you organized, detail oriented, and ready to play a key role in the success of a dynamic property management company? Join EBC/Associa as an Accounting Clerk and contribute to the efficient operations of our Accounting Department. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential accounts payable support to our accounting team.

      How Our Employees Make an Impact:

      Our Accounting Clerks are an essential part of our accounting team, making a significant impact through:

      • Sort documents and post debits/credits to proper account.
      • Verify amounts and codes on various forms for accuracy.
      • Balance entries and make necessary corrections.
      • Maintain and make necessary adjustments to records and/or logs such as journals, payroll/time reports, or property records.
      • Verify and reconcile simple bank statements or department records.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications

      • Analytical skills to evaluate, prioritize, and categorize data in various forms and formats.
      • Perform calculations and analysis used in basic accounting.
      • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
      • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
      • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
      • Initiative-taking, detail oriented and a team player.
      • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
      • High School Diploma or GED Required
      • 1 -3 years of directly related or closely related exp
