- Hybrid - One day per week onsite, four days per week will be remote
- 2-year accounting degree/certificate or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree preferred
- Pharmacy industry background preferred
- FTE 1.0 (80 hours every two weeks)
- 8-hour, day shifts (business hours are from 08:00 AM-04:30 PM)
- No weekends and holidays

- Downloads bank files and import/apply payments, as wells as create and mail non patient invoices for various departments using identified billing module.
- Participates in the collection efforts related to past due customers.
- Answers customer questions by email or phone.
- Partners with department managers, revenue cycle management and site finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payment application and information is billed.
- Partners with site finance teams to ensure contracts are kept up to date.
- May prepare manual journal entries and account reconciliations as assigned.
- Escalates issues and risks to manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description with 5-7 years of related experience
- Vocational or Technical Training with 3-4 years of related experience or
- Associate's or Vocational degree with 0-2 years of related experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred with 5-7 years of related experience
- Sedentary:
- Lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently

Job Description:
Provides the cash application and nonpatient miscellaneous revenue of the miscellaneous non-patient revenue of the system. Posts payments to invoices, creates invoices, and will assist or be the main point of contact for all collection efforts on a monthly basis.

Pay Range: $21.55 to $29.35 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
