- Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including check processing and payment tracking.
- Help with bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Participate in audits and compliance activities as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.
- Perform data entry and assist with the maintenance of accounting software.
- Conduct research and analysis to support financial decision-making.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous internship or relevant coursework in accounting is preferred but not required.
- Current Juniors with an expected graduation date between December 2025 - May/June 2026
- Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application and start date
- Major’s: Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics or related discipline
- Applicants must have legal work authorization in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
- Location: Broomfield, CO (Hybrid Schedule: at least 3 days in office per week)
- The applicable hourly rate for this role is $25/hr.
