Job Description

- Process customer billing Flat fee and Participation.
- Work closely with customers to resolve any questions about billings
- Support Accounting month end close process by ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Review daily accounts receivable activities to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with SOX Internal Controls
- Prepare monthly general ledger account reconciliations
- Cross department support

- Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP, or other Financial General Ledger software a plus
- Analytical, well organized, good communication skills, strong work ethic and strong desire to learn
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting preferred
- Highly detailed oriented and organized in work; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Responsibilities
Accounting Intern position is responsible for supporting the Global Gaming accounting function with specific involvement in revenue recognition and management of, accounting for account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Additionally, this position ensures compliance with SOX control and documentation requirements, supports SOX process improvements initiatives, and assists with the monthly close and reporting process. Prepare monthly journal entries in line with technical US GAAP and IFRS accounting pronouncements and updates. Perform key control activities identified for Accrual cycles including retention of control support.
