Job Description
- Req#: 39405
- Assist with various Accounting and Accounts Payable processes and duties.
- Assist with scanning and organization of invoices and other accounts payable supporting documentation.
- Assist with processing payments.
- Assist with managing the corporate travel credit card program.
- Assist with year end audit and other audit requests..
- Assist with running various accounting reports and other analysis.
- Assist with ad hoc requests from Controller, Accounting Director, and Accounts Payable Manager or other employees.
- Assist with other accounts payable projects or other accounting duties as assigned.
Sophomore or Junior College Student attending a school in the St. Louis metropolitan area with long term goal of obtaining Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good attention to detail with strong mathematical skills
- Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks
- Highly reliable and punctual
Preferences:
- Completion of one or more accounting, finance or general business classes preferred
- Experience working on business projects (School or Corporate) preferred
- GPA of 3.0 or higher

We are seeking an Accounting Intern on a part-time basis to join our team in St. Louis. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable accounting experience and work along-side experienced Accounting and Finance professionals in a collaborative and fun work environment. This is a paid internship on a part-time basis (2-5 hours/day with max of 15-20 hrs/week). We are flexible on the hours and days that you work as long as it’s within our core hours of 7AM - 6PM from Monday through Friday and have availability to work in office at least two days a week.
