  We are searching for a Financial Accountant (Intern) for the Summer semester.

  As an Accounting Intern, you will be responsible for handling transactional accounting, assists with entries and reports, and supports month-end closing. Contributing to month-end closing processes and handling general accounting tasks such as reconciliations and invoice handling. You will also manage:

  • Handle transactional accounting for local and international entities
  • Assist with accounting entries and periodic report preparation
  • Support month-end closing processes
  • Support the preparation of periodic financial reports for management.
  • Perform general accounting tasks, including reconciliations and invoice handling
  • Contribute to ad hoc accounting projects as needed

  Anticipated Duration: Summer 2025 Semester: June - August 2025

  Hours: Full time: 40 hours per week

  Pay Rate: $18 .00/hour (undergraduate: students or recent graduates)

  Location : Hybrid Chicago, IL or NY/NJ Region

  Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a four-year accredited degree program.

  • 2 nd or 3 rd Year in Accounting & Finance studies (BS)

  • Proficient in Office Suite, especially Excel

  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (preferred)
