Job Description

- Support the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities
- Assist the team in responding to audit requests and gathering supporting documentation
- Participate in ERP implementation by performing reconciliation and tie-out activities
- Collaborate with team members on ad hoc projects and initiatives to improve accounting processes
- Help ensure compliance with internal controls and established accounting policies
- Student currently enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and strong technical aptitude
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks with a strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Ability to work independently, must possess ability to multitask
- Knowledge of US GAAP

Please note that this will be a hybrid position based at our corporate headquarters in Wilmington, MA, and will be for the summer internship cycle.
