      Key Responsibilities:

      • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
      • General Ledger Oversight: Manage the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and adjustments.
      • Budget Management: Assist in the development of annual budgets, track financial performance, and perform variance analysis.
      • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee AP/AR functions, including invoicing, payment processing, collections, and vendor management.
      • Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
      • Audit Coordination: Support the preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and resolving any audit findings.
      • Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient financial operations.
