      Organizational Description
      NX Automotive Logistics USA, Inc. (NXAL) Operations Departments operate in a warehouse, or a manufacturing environment and associates are subject to moderate amounts of dust, dirt, and odors, primarily produced by packaging materials and the operation of propane-powered forklifts as well as noise primarily produced by production equipment. Temperatures during the year will vary. Frequently operate a computer, read, write and interact with others in person, over the phone and via other devices. They move about within the facility and may travel to other locations.
      Roles/Responsibilities/Functions:
      •Make the quarterly sales tax payment to the State of Ohio.
      •Record payroll entries into the General Ledger.
      •Review and reconcile fixed assets between the fixed asset system and the general ledger.
      •Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for Nippon.
      •Review accounts payable batches ensuring that invoices are accurately recorded into the correct general ledger account.
      •Prepare monthly financial statements and accompanying notes to management.
      •Prepare labor schedules reflecting actual expense against budget and forecast.
      •Work with external year-end auditors, providing them with the voluminous information that they request and ultimately procuring the finalized income statements.
      •Monthly bank reconciliations and review and detail the weekly cash flow report.
      •Work with CPA firm to file annual tax return.
      •Prepare monthly allocations, and journal entries assigned.
      •Prepare invoice detail as assigned for United Way, Teladoc, Unum, EyeMed, AFLAC, Berkshire Life Insurance, and any other invoices assigned.
      •Prepare monthly accounts payable accrual.
      •Prepare annual 1099's.
      •Provide a professional environment with relation to both external and internal customers.
      •When necessary, this position may be required to perform other functions as required to meet the company's and/or our customer's needs/demands.
      Qualifications:
      •Have at least 5 years of pervious Accounting Experience.
      •4 year Accounting or Finance degree.
      •Ability to effectively communicate both written and orally.
      •Ability to multi-task, manage one’s own time and the time of others.
      •Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
      •Ability to understand behaviors and persuade and negotiate others to change their minds or behaviors and reconcile differences.
