Accounting Manager - Agriculture | Central California | $75K-$85K + Benefits A well-established and rapidly growing agricultural company is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead farm accounting operations and support financial decision-making across departments. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working closely with both finance and operations teams. ?? What You'll Do:- Oversee daily accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close- Manage farm inventory accounts and support budgeting/forecasting efforts- Lead and mentor accounting staff across A/P, A/R, payroll, and general ledger- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and ensure accuracy- Support cost accounting and contribute to operational efficiency ? What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field- 3+ years of accounting experience (public accounting a plus)- 1+ years of cost accounting experience (preferred)- Prior management experience (preferred)- Experience in the agriculture industry is a strong plus- Proficiency in Excel; ERP or accounting software experience (Famous software a plus) ??
