Job Description

- Manage the monthly close process, including preparation of financial statements, reconciliation of GL accounts, prepare variance explanations etc.
- Support inventory management/control process for several distribution centers
- Support capital spending / approval process
- Support pricing /rebate / recovery request process
- Support development of annual business plans and quarterly forecasts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual external customer financial /operational reporting
- Support DC leadership with preparation of DC performance reporting for local Supply Chain Advisory Councils
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data, quantifying financial opportunity and risk, and communicating the optimal business decisions/actions
- Enhance and/or develop new financial models to improve existing financial plans or decision analysis
- Develop financial analysis tools to assist in management decisions
- Support annual external audit process
- Support periodic customer audit process
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma and 9 plus years of specific experience with 4 plus years of management experience
- Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

**This is a 100% remote position but candidates are expected to report into our Rosemont, IL HQ during onboarding (3 Months) and would require 25% domestic travel**
