  Job Title: Accounting Manager

  Job Summary:

  Cast is seeking a highly motivated, action-oriented individual for the role of Accounting Manager. They will be an integral part of the management team as well as working closely with department leaders. They will be responsible for overseeing the transactional accounting processes consisting of Sales Orders, Accounts Receivable, Expense Processing, Accounts Payable. The candidate will be responsible for month end close and producing internal performance reporting for the executive team. This is a hands on role that requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organization and communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable: Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of customer accounts.
  • Sales Orders: Oversee the sales order process, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve any issues.
  • Expense Processing: Supervise the expense processing function, including the review and approval of employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Accounts Payable: Manage the accounts payable process, including the review and approval of vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports related to operational and sales performance. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate: Collaborate with parent company finance team on month end close deliverables and information requests.
  • Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance or all process controls, accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
