- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate accounting.
- At least 3 years managing or supervising teams.
- Knowledge of commercial lease agreements and accounting practices.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Real Page, MRI, Yardi) and Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
- Ability to quickly learn new software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven ability to improve processes and execute plans.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Experience in client-facing roles discussing financial data clearly.

Position Summary:
