      Job Summary

      Performs a variety of clerical accounting tasks in support of the accounting function.

      Job Duties

      · Compile and sort invoices and checks

      · Handle accounts payable duties and/or accounts receivables

      · Record business transactions

      · Input daily worksheets into the general ledger system

      · Record charges and refunds

      · Utilize computer systems to run databases, pay bills and order supplies

      · Provide leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group

      · Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately

      · Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)

      · Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures

      · Perform other duties as assigned

      Experience and Education

      · Perform work under minimal supervision

      · Handle complex issues and problems and refer only the most complex issues to higher-level staff

      · Possess comprehensive knowledge of subject matter

      · 4 to 6 years of experience
