General Description :

Job responsibilities:

· Consistently delivers timely and accurate reports, and information as needed

· Process cattle lots as they arrive on site

· Verify lot details for accuracy

· Work with Harvest Floor scaler to move drives as necessary

· Maintain SOX compliance when handling and storing lot details

· Assist Accounting Supervisor with livestock reporting

Systems Used : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, CPS , and a 10-key calculator are used daily . General computer knowledge , effective communication skills, & the ability to multi-task are required.

Requirements

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

· Minimum of 2 years accounting educational experience, or 3 years professional experience.

· Microsoft Office proficient; Microsoft Excel knowledge mandatory

· Some Weekend availability may be required

· Ability to multi-task

· Strong Attention to detail
