Job Summary:
Responsible for the staff and operations of the Revenue, Auditing, and Reporting department of Student Union Administrative Services (SUAS) handling approximately $17 million in revenue annually for Student Union. Supervise and monitor revenue reporting and related activities to be in compliance with University policy and Student Union procedural guidelines. Responsible for daily control of automated Point-of-Sale and Sales Audit programs used within the University Store. All other duties as assigned.
Monitoring large cash funds.
Occasional lifting of heavy sacks of coins or boxes.

Position Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
High School/GED
2 years of experience in accounting/Bookkeeping. Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.
Have knowledge of accounting procedures. Strong organizational skills are required. Must have excellent people skills and willing to help others. Must maintain confidentiality in working with students’ accounts. Requires accuracy and ability to handle cash in a competent and responsible manner. Able to deal with public and explain policies and procedures with consistency.
Ability to read, interpret and apply written information to daily work Skilled in use of Microsoft Excel and 10-key. Must be highly dependable. Position requires a high level of accuracy and ability to supervise large sums of cash in a competent and responsible manner.Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the university and department systems, such as: Ratex, Banner, AIRS, Micros, CS Gold, OK Corral, Works, Several Credit-card Systems
