  Job Summary & Responsibilities

  • Process AP Non-PO, PO (2, 3, and 4-way) and related invoices daily
  • Keep the AP inboxes up to date –
    • Move invoices into designated pending processing folders
    • Respond to vendor invoice/payment inquiries
  • Work with purchasing to resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Initiate weekly payment runs including ACH, Wires and Checks
  • Assist with month-end close invoice accruals.
  • Other duties as assigned

  Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience processing external vendor invoices and intercompany invoices accurately
  • Ability to process high volume of invoices

  • Experience processing within large ERP systems (Oracle preferred)

  • Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors and colleagues by proactively managing issue resolution on a timely basis
  • Team player
  • Self-starter and excellent research/problem-solving skills
  • Proactive critical thinking with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing demands
  • Good communication skills oral and written
