      Job Description

      This position exists to provide effective and accurate contract and purchasing processes; adequate inventory and maintenance of office supplies; efficient and accurate payroll processing and reconciling under general supervision of the Executive Financial Officer and control of Minn State and FDLTCC procedures.

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Accounting skills including spreadsheet completion and analysis

      • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

      • Business English, spelling and grammar sufficient to proofread and to ensure the accuracy and completeness of written materials

      • Organize multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet requirements of position and deadlines

      • Analyze financial records and reports, locate errors and recommend solutions

      • Ability to understand written and oral instructions

      • Ability to work effectively with private and confidential materials

      Preferred Qualification

      • Associates degree or higher in accounting or related field

      Salary Range

      $22.57 - $31.89 hourly; $47,126 - $66,586 annually

      Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
