      Four Points by Sheraton is a hotel brand owned by Marriott International, one of the world's largest hotel chains.       About the Role

      We’re looking for a talented and upcoming Accounts whiz to join our Finance department. If numbers are your thing, this may be the role for you!

      Key Duties

      • Complete postings and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper codes
      • Organize and maintain all files, records and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures
      • Record, store, access, and / or analyze computerized financial information
      • Summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records using journals, ledgers, and/or computers
      • Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified
      • Audit cashier banks periodically according to SOPs
      • Maintain, distribute, and record petty cash, cashier banks, and contracts
      • Document, communicate, and act upon all Cash Variances according to SOPs
      • Act as liaison between property and armored car service or primary banking institution
      • Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audit processes and ensure compliance with SOPs

      Specific Requirements

      • Accurate and systematic data entry skills with ability to handle high volume of transactions
      • Well-developed written and spoken communicational skills
      • Excellent time management and organizational skills allowing to handle multiple priorities
      • Previous hotel experience preferred
      • Punctual and well-presented
