ifm prover, USA inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to add to its growing financial team. As the Accounts Payable Administrator, you will work closely with the Manager of Finance and Controlling and with members of ifm’s local and global finance teams.
Responsibilities include:
· Responsible for processing all vendor invoices accurately and on a timely basis into the ERP
· Communicating with vendors on discrepancies and maintaining the accounts payable email
· Reconciling intercompany accounts payable accounts
· Work with the materials management team to reconcile intercompany missing shipments
· Assist with the year-end external financial audit preparation
· Maintain vendor accounts
· Collect credit card receipts from cardholders and enter the statement in the ERP system
· Create bi-weekly payment runs in the system
· Verify and investigate discrepancies between POs and invoices received, follow up with vendor or procurement to resolve issues
· Maintain and reconcile inter-company account balances
Requirements:
· BS degree in accounting or a related field is preferred
· Must be self-driven, creative, and willing to build new skills and grow with the position
· Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, and ERP system experience (SAP preferred)
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
