Job Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing : Handle vendor invoices accurately and promptly.
• Payment Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices to vendors.
• Vendor Management: Maintain vendor records and address inquiries.
• Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports.
• Journal Entries and Financial Systems: Utilize ERP systems for accounts payable functions.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• +3 years of proven experience in accounts payables or financial analysis.
• Experience with SAP Concur and Microsoft Great Plains platforms is an asset.
