      Accounts Payable Analyst | Tampa, FL

      Job Description

      We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our growing team! You'll be instrumental in enhancing our AP processes by ensuring accurate invoice handling, resolving payment issues, and delivering top-notch support to vendors. This role is perfect for someone ready to thrive in a dynamic, team-driven environment while sharpening their financial operations skill set.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Examine incoming invoices and detect inconsistencies or errors
      • Manage a large volume of invoices efficiently using 3-way matching techniques
      • Act as a point of contact for vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
      • Set up new vendors in our system and guide them through the onboarding process
      • Perform in-depth analysis to troubleshoot and correct invoice-related discrepancies
      • Support AP reporting activities and assist with administrative duties

      Essential Skills

      • Thorough understanding of end-to-end accounts payable procedures.
      • Strong proficiency in generating and interpreting AP reports.
      • At least 2 years of comprehensive accounts payable experience.
      • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Proficient in accounts payable analytics and reporting.
      • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, including 3-way matching, purchase orders, and goods receipt.
      • SAP experience is a plus, but not required.


      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
