Job Description
- Req#: R2707
- Sorting post both paper and electronic.
- Barcoding, scanning and uploading invoices.
- Supplier bank detail verification.
- Internal supplier audit management.
- Health and Safety certificates updating and insurance certificates.
- Statement Reconciliations.
- Verification of old/expired subcontractors for CIS with HMRC.
- Previous experience in an Administration role
- Excellent IT knowledge, with Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
- It would be advantageous if you have relevant experience gained from a finance business however other industries will be considered
- Have excellent organisational skills and have the ability to prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain focus and work calmly under pressure.
- Highly motivated and willing to learn.
- Work as part of a team but be prepared to take responsibility for own tasks.

The role will work within the Accounts Payable team at St Modwen and report into the Accounts payable Manager . You will be accountable for acting as a key support in all areas of invoice processing requests for financial information and liaising with suppliers.
