      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the outflow of capital by processing payments and ensuring financial obligations are met
      - Verify, code, and input invoices and expense reports accurately into the general ledger
      - Reconcile credit card statements and other financial reports against account balances
      - Facilitate vendor payments and resolve any billing discrepancies professionally
      - Assist with month-end closing tasks and prepare financial documents for audits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new accounting software
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Trustworthiness and reliability in handling sensitive financial information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Business or Accounting degree is preferred
      - Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP
