  Position Title: Accounts Payable Associate

  Reports To: VP Tax Compliance & Accounting

  Essential Position Responsibilities:

  The Accounts Payable processor is responsible for all payments of goods and services necessary for the basic operation of the company.

  • Process invoices into computer system.
  • Open mail daily.
  • Process check requests, garnishments and tax payments ensuring all appropriate approvals have been received.
  • Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, franchisees and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
  • Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.
  • Works closely with A/P Manager.
  • Review receiving records to insure merchandise arrived.

  This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  

  Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two years of previous experience.
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge required.
