      The Accounts Payable Coordinator supports the lines of business by providing direct support for all accounts payable functions. These functions include processing daily check runs for all non-SG&A vendors, review, audit and processing of all billable and non-billable consultant expense reports, accurate coding & keying of sales branch expenditures and coordinating payment of all consultant garnishment requirements. The AP Coordinator participates in cross-departmental collaboration for all AP related matters and supports the sales org with a clear commitment to customer service.
      • Provide process support for daily check runs
      • Ensure compliance with SLA for processing consultant expense reports
      • Provide direct processing support for consultant garnishments
      • Work closely with other departments to resolve account reconciliation and payment related questions/ issues
      • Participate in process improvements to further drive departmental efficiencies
      • Special projects and other tasks assigned by management
      • At least one year experience in a progressive accounting environment
      • Accounts Payable experience with demonstrated functional knowledge
      • Proficient user skills with Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel)
      • Solid research and problem solving skills in an accounting setting
      • Associate Degree in Business or similar discipline is preferred
      • Previous experience with PeopleSoft is preferred

      This position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee. Employees can enjoy an onsite cafeteria, coffee shop and gym along with beautiful views of the Milwaukee river, Deer District, and historic downtown architecture.
