      About the Role:
      We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Accounts Payable Coordinator - ICR to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of supplier and vendor invoices, approximately 100 per day if not more, with a focus on resolving any exceptions that fall outside of the automated workflow. You’ll work closely with internal teams and senior-level leadership, including Vice Presidents and General Managers, making strong communication skills a must.

      You’ll also play a critical role in our 3-way matching process (invoice, PO, receipt), support continuous improvement, and assist with year-end audit activities.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Understand and manage the full process flow of all invoices, including both accruals and expenses

      • Teach and train system invoices using optical recognition software

      • Handle all exceptions where optical recognition fails or automation breaks down

      • Accurately process approximately 100 invoices daily, ensuring timely entry and resolution

      • Perform and validate 3-way match on invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipts

      • Identify repetitive issues in the automated process and propose improvement suggestions

      • Collaborate with the commercial team and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve discrepancies quickly

      • Support the year-end audit process by providing invoice and payment documentation

      • Complete additional special projects and tasks as assigned

      • Communicate effectively with colleagues across all levels of the organization

      What You Bring:

      • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred (or equivalent relevant experience)

      • At least 1 year of experience in payment applications, deductions, collections, customer service, A/P, A/R, credit, or general accounting (preferably in a similar industry)

      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and Word

      • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

      • Strong verbal and written communication skills

      • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

      • Comfortable adapting in a fast-paced and evolving setting

      • Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) is a plus

      • Valid driver’s license required
