      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the end-to-end invoice and payment process for property-related expenses
      - Identify problem invoices and follow up with vendors and facility managers to resolve issues
      - Maintain relationships with vendors and facility managers to ensure smooth operations
      - Create and maintain computer-based accounts payable records and files
      - Effectively communicate and respond to internal and external accounts payable inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Yardi for invoice entry, coding, and reporting
      - Experience in accounts payable functions requiring professional competency
      - Ability to prioritize and maintain organization of a high-volume workload
      - Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams
      - Experience with filing and data storage processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a similar accounts payable role
      - Familiarity with financial reporting activities
      - Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address invoice discrepancies
      - Ability to work on special projects as assigned
      - Knowledge of industry best practices in accounts payable
