What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process, record, and report cash disbursements while ensuring compliance with departmental and corporate policies
- Verify accuracy and control in accounts payable practices, meeting deadlines for scheduled check runs
- Communicate with managers and vendors to resolve disputed invoices efficiently
- Support the Broker Commission department to ensure timely management of monthly commissions
- Perform testing for new project implementations and support system upgrades

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounts payable or finance-related role
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and compliance guidelines
- Proficient in using financial software, with experience in Oracle financial system preferred
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal managers and external vendors
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in handling 1099 processes, including reconciliation and vendor communication
- Familiarity with claims systems and Sales Force application
- Strong analytical skills to manage and interpret financial reports
- Previous experience in a financial services organization
