Job Description
- Req#: ACCOU010508
- Open, Code, Scan Utility Bills and any Miscellaneous invoices
- Upload and process to the correct Utility and/or vendor, to the correct GL Codes and make sure the correct dollar amounts are entered after researching any previous balances or late fees
- Review all payables, make corrections and submit for check printing
- Review, delete or push Rejected and Exception items
- Make sure all Tenant Refunds within Yardi and Boston Post are paid
- Make sure all approved AP invoices have been reviewed, approved and checks have been cut and mailed.
- Review Utility Logs making sure all Utilities have been processed for the month
- Return calls and emails within 48 hours of receiving
- Communicate and help fellow AP staff, ensuring all projects are complete and accurate
- You have 1-2 years of relevant accounts payable experience.
- You have 1-2 years of experience in property management and affordable housing highly preferred.
- Organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with residents, vendors, and team members professionally.
- You are proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- You have experience with Yardi, Boston Post, Real Page, or another affordable platform highly preferred.

Accounts Payable Processor - Centrum Office in San Diego, CA

What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Processor to handle all aspects of accounting administration including processing and reviewing utility bills, vendor invoices, tenant refunds, and payables while ensuring timely communication, collaboration with AP staff, and completion of assigned duties with accuracy and efficiency. This position will be at our corporate location Centrum Office in San Diego, CA.This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
