- Instruct offshore AP team with instructions to process problem vendor payments
- Perform timely invoice payment blocked review & release
- Reply to all query emails with information requested from vendors and business users and communication with stakeholders to resolve issues concerning payment of department’s invoices
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and maintains process documentations and ensuring audit compliance and review corrective actions for discrepancies
- Executes changes to Master Data and its impact across multiple systems and processes following clear definitions
- Experience in accounts payable operations role
- Excellent knowledge of accounts payable principles
- Able to build strong vendor relationships, communicating in a professional, confident manner
- Problem solving mindset, able to communicate with a wide range
- Detail-oriented, organised with the ability to adhere to timelines and expectations
- Good work ethic, self motivated and keen to get stuck in

We’re hiring for a House and Non-Media AP Queries Administrator to join our Finance Team in Manchester.
Purpose of the Role
As House and Non-Media AP Queries Administrator you’ll be responsible for managing queries from the offshore team regarding all aspects of accounts payable including; invoice processing & PO matching, vendor reconciliations, discrepancy management and query management and resolution.
You’ll facilitate and maintain vendor relationships and act as the first point of contact to resolve their queries, making sure that all processes and controls are kept and fulfilled with, managing effective issue resolution on escalations and ensuring that issue log is up to date as raised / identified issues are captured.

This is a permanent role. The team is based in our Manchester office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Tuesday.
