- Monitor and respond to multiple vendor emails in assigned shared boxes
- Review and vouch sample invoices for accuracy
- Review and reconcile vendor statements on a daily basis
- Respond timely to multiple vendors regarding payment status
- Research & resolve unidentified invoices in a timely manner
- Resolved vendor payment issues through diligent research and internal/external partnerships
- Enter marketing fund and commission adjustments within the system
- Reach out to vendor to resolved outstanding checks
- Account for monthly accrual of invoices not processed by month-end
- Vendor set up for AR Refunds
- ACH vendor recruitment, onboarding and maintenance
- Manage returned check errors though prompt resolution
- Manages EDI reporting/invoices

HALO is looking for an Accounts Payable Representative I who will play a critical role within the Accounts Payable team. This role ensures timely, accurate payment processing and excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders. Key focus areas include operational accuracy, explicate, detailed vendor communication, and continuous payment process improvement.
HALO is committed to its hybrid workplace model and believes bringing teams together in person on common days is essential to operate as One HALO. As part of this effort, we require only employees who reside within a 30-mile radius of the Sterling, IL office to work in-person 1x a week.
If you live outside of the 30 mile radius, you must be willing and able to work a Central Time schedule.
