Job Description

- Monitor AP mailbox for vendor invoices, statements, and communications
- Review and audit invoices for compliance as per company policy and procedures
- Transmit invoices into ORACLE ERP Cloud
- Research and respond in a timely manner to vendor inquiries regarding the payment of outstanding invoices
- Review and audit of receipts for expense reports
- Reconciliation of vendor statements
- Assist with month end reporting and other Accounting Department projects as needed
- Provide support to Client Accounting Specialist as needed
- Associates Degree desired with course work in accounting preferred or equivalent experience working in a full cycle Accounts Payable department
- Microsoft Office with focus on Outlook and Excel
- The ability to process a high volume of transactions accurately in a fast-paced environment and effective time management skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate on solutions as part of accounting team to accomplish tasks
- Completes tasks efficiently and adhere to deadlines
- The ability to work effectively and professionally; remote work situation is a possibility

Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist position (APS) works closely with the Client Accounting Specialist (CAS) processing financial transactions on behalf of Aircraft Owners. The APS is responsible for reviewing and transmitting to our Oracle Cloud Accounting Platform the electronic invoices sent to our AP mailbox. Additional duties include vendor account reconciliations, assisting with crew expense reports and compiling the month-end aircraft owner reporting package. The ideal candidate must have excellent multi-tasking ability, great attention to detail and communications skills, the ability to work as part of a team and adherence to deadlines. Remote work situation is acceptable for candidates outside the San Francisco North Bay area . This position reports to a Client Accounting Director.
