      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process, verify, and reconcile invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
      - Prepare and process all payment requests while collaborating with co-workers, student leaders, and vendors
      - Train and support unit-level managers on reimbursement and purchase order procedures
      - Assist with bi-weekly expense reporting, monthly closings, and the annual audit process
      - Supervise and train central level workshifters assigned to the Accounting Department as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
      - Minimum of two years of Accounts Payable experience
      - Thorough knowledge of Accounts Payable and general ledger systems
      - Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
      - Strong organizational, record-keeping, and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous training or supervisory experience in an accounting or finance role
      - Familiarity with accounting software programs
      - Experience working in a student-run or cooperative organization
      - Ability to effectively teach, train, and supervise student workers
