      This position is based in the Firm's global operations center in Tampa, FL.

      Description:

      We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic Finance team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Accounts Payable function. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment. The Accounts Payable Specialist position is currently a hybrid role with designated days required to be in the office, which may change depending on future needs of the Firm or industry standards.

      Key Responsibilities include:

      • Ability to handle all aspects of accounts payable which includes processing invoices for payment, balancing batches and printing checks.
      • Ability to research and respond to office and vendor inquiries.
      • Special projects and additional duties as assigned.

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum 2 years’ experience in related area.
      • Proficient computer typing skills and knowledge of general computer software.
      • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
      • Proficient knowledge of accounting functions.

      Minimum Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or two years of relevant Accounts Payable experience
