What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and verify vendor invoices, check requests, and expense reports with complex coding for multiple companies in the US, Canada, and Mexico
- Assist in Treasury Management functions by entering daily wires and EFTs for various payments
- Maintain accounts payable records and related computer spreadsheets and paper files as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to vendors and employees regarding accounts payable inquiries
- Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of start-to-finish Accounts Payable experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Accounts Payable and PO modules in Infor or similar ERP, Add-in tools, and Onbase document imaging solution
