Job Discipline Description Prepares, records, verifies, analyzes and reports accounts payable/receivable transactions | Pays vendor invoices and receives and posts customer payments on a timely basis | Maintains and reconciles accounts payable/receivable ledger accounts, financial statements and reports | Prepares analyses and reconciliations of bill runs to detect fraud | Ensures that transaction entry verification procedures are followed | May prepare and deliver low-volume customer billing and respond to resulting queries General Profile Requires specialized skills or is multi-skilled developed through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience Completes work with a limited degree of supervision Recommended Skills Functional Knowledge: Requires skilled in a range of processes, procedures and systems to carry out assigned tasks or has developed deep skills in a single area Business Expertise: Applies knowledge of how the team integrates with other teams to achieve objectives Leadership: Provides informal guidance and support to team members Problem Solving: Provides solutions to atypical problems based on proven practices or procedures Impact: Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team; recommends changes to improve efficiency Interpersonal Skills: Explains job specific information
Job Qualifications:
●Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance
●Must have at least 1-2 year of working experience in accounts payable
●Experience working in a multinational company setting is an advantage
●Proficiency in Oracle, MS Office, Word, and Excel
●Must have knowledge of accounting and related principles and standards, some experience in the use of accounting systems
●Detail-oriented, with good problem-solving skills
