- Manage the closure of corporate card accounts and monitor the corporate card support queue.
- Track aging cardholder accounts and follow up to prevent suspensions and late fees.
- Coordinate the setup of new vendors and employees in the accounts payable system.
- Verify the accuracy of W-9 forms and validate ACH payment details.
- Conduct OFAC checks in collaboration with other departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Investigate and resolve ACH payment rejections to ensure timely vendor and employee payments.
- Convert paper checks to ACH payments where applicable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and package documentation for quarterly internal audits.
- Work with internal teams to ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing accounts payable and vendor management processes.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Experience in accounts payable and processing invoices.
- Proficiency in reconciliation and managing accounts payable using accounting software.
- Ability to handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.
- Skill in analyzing workflow processes and establishing relationships with vendors.
- Ensuring timely and accurate payment of bills and payroll while adhering to departmental procedures.
- Experience in processing due invoices for payments and comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges.
- Capability in processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
