- Manage the end-to-end process of issuing 5,000 corporate credit cards.
- Liaise with branch managers to collect order request forms and identify eligible cardholders.
- Set up users in the root account with JPMorgan and distribute application links.
- Track application completions and follow up on outstanding submissions.
- Ensure all applicants complete required training and acknowledge compliance courses.
- Submit completed applications to JPMorgan for processing.
- Maintain accurate records of training completion and application status.
- Support the development and implementation of approval workflows.
- Assist in the post-issuance phase by coordinating credit card integration across multiple ERP systems.
- Collaborate with A/P teams to align credit card usage with Concur implementation.
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on progress, issues, and completion rates.
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes, timelines, and user status.
- Proficiency in data entry and accounts payable.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage large-scale data tracking and reporting.
- Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, or expense management tools (e.g., Concur).
- Familiarity with corporate credit card programs and banking platforms (e.g., JPMorgan).

This project supports the broader rollout of Concur for Accounts Payable (A/P) teams and requires coordination across multiple branches and ERP systems.

Work Environment
This role is 100% remote and offers the opportunity to work on a project team. Following the completion of the 10-week credit card rollout project, the specialist will be integrated into one of the current Accounts Payable teams, which are aligned to different ERPs within the business. The company is rapidly growing, providing strong opportunities to transition into full-time roles in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, licensing team, or other areas. The work environment continues to be fully remote.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
