- Review, code, and process high volume of invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
- Assist with month-end close tasks, including AP accruals and reporting
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- 2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
- Experience in a retail or inventory-based environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)
- Ability to handle high-volume processing and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

Position Summary:
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment reconciliation. This role plays a key part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial operations and works closely with purchasing, receiving, and other departments.
