What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and expenses for financial transactions
- Process a high volume of accounts payable transactions, including coding and entering invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist with month-end close processes and support annual audits
- Maintain and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Finance preferred
- 0-1 year of accounting/finance experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in high-volume data entry with accuracy
- Ability to analyze and process Excel spreadsheets effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting tools
- Experience in a healthcare-related finance role
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
