What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify, audit, and approve disbursement of funds for assigned vendors
- Compile, analyze, and interpret data regarding payment disbursement
- Interface with the Supplier Management team to assure accurate data
- Research payments not correctly posted to vendor or departmental accounts
- Respond to non-routine correspondence or telephone contacts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of related experience
- 10-key by touch
- Detail and accuracy oriented
- Billing or Accounts Payable volume processing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data entry through a computer terminal
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficiency in financial systems
- Familiarity with ImageNow online imaging system
- Knowledge of IRS-reportability
