What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process accounts payable invoices, including GL coding, securing approvals, and managing documentation
- Prepare weekly check runs and support as necessary
- Handle customer refunds and employee payment requests from Payroll
- Track expenses against budgets and analyze variances
- Respond to vendor inquiries and assist with month-end and year-end closings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and computer skills, particularly Excel
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with MS Dynamics GP
- Familiarity with Ramp or Bill.com
